ECO4 is the fourth stage of the government’s Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme. As part of its Sustainable Warmth Strategy, the government has extended the ECO grant for an extra four years, meaning it will run until March 2026. We have access to ECO funding, meaning we can install a range of energy efficiency measures in your home to help reduce your fuel costs.

Solar Panels

Using solar panels, you can power your home with the energy captured from daylight. Installing solar photovoltaics will help you generate your own renewable energy and reduce carbon emissions.

Air Heat Pump

Air source heat pumps can help you heat your home more efficiently. In addition to saving money on energy bills, air source heat pump grant can be used to help you generate renewable heat while reducing your carbon footprint.

Heater Grant

We specializes in replacing inefficient electric storage, helping your home save on electric bills. By using smart heating controls, you can optimize your energy consumption, reducing costs and preventing unnecessary heating of unused rooms.

Insulation Grant

Approximately 35% of heat escapes from your home through its exterior walls, so if your home is constructed of solid walls, your options for cheaper solutions are limited. Lack of insulation will result in higher energy bills plus a higher risk of damp and mold growing.

HOW THE SCHEME WORKS?

With the new goal set for the UK to go carbon neutral by 2050, the Government is keen for more property owners to take up these grants. Grants are non-repayable – this means you do not have to pay any money back at any time. There are no complicated terms and conditions. If you qualify, the amount of funding you get is determined by the efficiency of your home and an energy assessment will be carried out beforehand free of charge.

DO I QUALIFY?

The easiest way to find out if you can access a grant is to fill in a short online application to check if your address is covered by the boiler replacement scheme. We’ll be in touch to check your details and let you know whether you qualify. Also, if you get one of the following benefits you may be eligible - Pension credits, Income based jobseekers allowance, Income support, Income related employment and support allowance, Tax credits – including working tax credits, child tax credits and universal credit. PROCESS

How It Works

APPLY

Complete the online application form and we will contact you to check that you qualify for free insulation, heating upgrades or solar through either the ECO4 or ECO4 Flex scheme

SURVEY

Once we have confirmed that you qualify, we will arrange for one of our Retrofit Assessors to complete a free, no obligation survey which will provide you with an idea of how much energy you can save.

INSTALL

We will arrange the installation of your free home upgrades by one of our fully trained and accredited installers who will remove any waste and clear away any mess caused by the installation.
